Peter Coleman is the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Arcadium Lithium. He has over 40 years’ energy industry experience in the Americas, Asia, Australia and Africa. Peter was previously Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Woodside Energy Limited, Australia’s largest oil and gas producer and has held a number of executive roles in ExxonMobil. Peter is currently a non-executive Director of NYSE-listed SLB Limited, Chair of the Australia-Korea Foundation for the Australian Government and a member of the Singapore International Advisory Panel on Energy.

Alan Fitzpatrick has more than 47 years of technical mining industry experience in project and construction management, engineering, maintenance and plant operations, including acting as a project director for major mining companies both locally and internationally. Alan has held numerous senior positions with leading engineering and mining companies such as Bechtel, BHP, Gold Fields and Newmont Mining Corporation.

Christina Lampe-Önnerud is an internationally recognized expert on Lithium-ion batteries and energy storage. She currently serves as Founder, Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of Cadenza Innovation, Inc., a Lithium-ion battery technology provider to the transportation, utility and commercial/industrial markets. Earlier in her career, Christina founded Boston-Power, Inc. a global Lithium-ion battery manufacturer, where she served as Chairperson and CEO.

Fernando Oris de Roa is a business leader with a history of developing and operating large enterprises within Argentina. As Chief Executive of S.A. San Miguel, Fernando was widely credited with turning the company into the largest and most profitable lemon products company in the world. He has also held the role of Director of Patagonia Gold Ltd. and was the Argentinian Ambassador to the United States, serving in Washington, D.C. in 2018 and 2019.

Florencia Heredia has more than 31 years’ experience in the mining industry and is currently a senior partner of the leading Argentinian legal firm Allende & Brea where she heads the Energy and Natural Resources and co-heads the ESG and Sustainability practice. She is an expert in mining law with extensive experience advising financial institutions and companies in complex mining transactions and has repeatedly represented lenders in all mining project finance in Argentina. She currently chairs the Section of Energy, Environment, Natural Resources and Infrastructure Law of the International Bar Association.

John Turner is the leader of Fasken Martineau DuMoulin’s Global Mining Group, a full-service law firm with offices in Canada, the U.K., South Africa and China. He has been involved in many of the leading corporate finance and merger and acquisition deals in the resources sector around the world. He is also non-executive Chairman of GoGold Resources, a TSX-listed gold and silver mining company.

Leanne Heywood is an experienced public company non-executive director, with broad general management experience gained through an international career in mining, including ten years with Rio Tinto. Her experience includes strategic marketing, business finance and compliance and she has led organizational restructures, disposals and acquisitions. Additionally, she has significant experience in complex cross-cultural negotiations and stakeholder relationship management.

Michael Barry is the Chairman of the Board of Quaker Houghton, a NYSE listed company, since May 2009. Michael previously served as Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company from October 2008 until his retirement in November 2021. Prior to being CEO, he held several positions with the Company since 1998 including being Managing Director – North America and being Chief Financial Officer. Michael also previously served as a Director of Rogers Corporation for 10 years.

Pablo Marcet is the founder and President of Geo Logic S.A., a management consulting company that services the mining sector. He also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Waymar Resources Limited, a Canadian mineral exploration company. Previously, Pablo was a member of the Board of Directors of U3O8 Corp., a uranium and battery commodities company, Esrey Resources Ltd., Barrick Gold Corporation and Orosur Mining Inc and held executive roles in Northern Orion Resources Inc. and BHP Group Ltd.

Robert Pallash served as President, Global Customer Group and Senior Vice President of Visteon Corporation, an automotive parts manufacturer. Prior to joining Visteon, Robert served as President of TRW Automotive Japan. Robert has served as a member of the Board of Directors of FMC since 2008 and previously served on the Board of Directors of Halla Climate Controls in South Korea, a majority-owned subsidiary of Visteon Corporation.

Steven Merkt is the President of the Transportation Solutions segment at TE Connectivity Ltd., one of the world’s largest suppliers of connectivity and sensor solutions to the automotive and commercial vehicle marketplaces. Steven is a Director on the Board of TE Connectivity Foundation and serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Isonoma Foundation, which aims to reduce disparities in healthcare, housing and education in the Philadelphia and Harrisburg regions of Pennsylvania.

Paul Graves is our Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. As CEO of Livent, Paul was an integral part of the merger that created Arcadium Lithium. Previously, Paul was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FMC Corporation. Before joining FMC, he was a partner at Goldman Sachs, serving in a variety of roles, including as Head of Natural Resources for Asia, Global Head of Agricultural Investment Banking, and Global Head of Chemical Investment Banking.

Gilberto Antoniazzi is our Chief Financial Officer, a role he also served in at Livent. Before joining Livent, Gilberto held leadership positions at FMC Corporation, including assignments in Argentina, Belgium, Brazil and Turkey. He was the Chief Financial Officer for FMC’s Agricultural Solutions business segment, as well as the Chief Financial Officer for the Latin America Region and Finance Director for the Europe, Middle East & Africa Region.

Sara Ponessa is our General Counsel and Secretary, a position she also held at Livent. As General Counsel and Secretary of Livent, she oversaw all legal matters worldwide for the company, including the successful merger of equals transaction between Livent and Allkem that created Arcadium Lithium. She brings over 25 years of experience across a breadth of legal and compliance functions. In addition to her roles at Arcadium Lithium and Livent, she has held senior counsel positions for the Lithium, Alkali and Peroxygens divisions of FMC Corporation and for AstraZeneca, one of the world’s leading biopharmaceutical companies. Before joining AstraZeneca, she was Vice President and Risk Management and Compliance Section Manager for Wilmington Trust Company. Before Wilmington Trust Company, she practiced corporate law at Saul Ewing in Philadelphia and was a judicial clerk for the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Alicia Markmann is our Chief Human Resources Officer, a position she also held at Livent. Before joining Livent, Alicia held senior positions in HR and Talent Management at FMC Corporation. With more than 20 years of global experience in People Strategy and HR operations, including building and leading multi-disciplinary HR teams, Alicia works closely with management teams to deliver business results.

Barbara Fochtman is our Chief Operations Officer. Previously, Barbara was Chief Operations and Engineering Officer at Livent. She has 30 years of experience across operations, supply chain and procurement. At FMC Corporation, Barbara served as Plant Manager, Sales and Operations Planning Director and Procurement Director.

Christian Cortes is our Chief Integration and Transformation Officer. Christian was Allkem Limited’s Chief of Sales and Marketing prior to serving as Acting Chief Financial Officer since February 2023. Christian brings nearly 20 years of international business experience in the professional services, resources and chemical products industries. Christian began his career as a chartered accountant with PwC, working with public companies in audit, business performance and transaction support.

Denis Couture is the Managing Director at our Galaxy Lithium Mine project / operation in Canada. Previously, he was the Head of Canadian Operations at Allkem Limited. Denis is a qualified engineer with over 30 years of mining experience, specializing in operations in Northern Quebec. His previous roles include Vice President and General Manager at Ausenco, Project Manager of SNC-Lavalin in Montreal and has held leadership roles at Agnico-Eagle Mines and BHP.

J. Ignacio Costa is our General Manager of Argentina, and before Chief of Staff of Argentina. He was previously Corporate Affairs Sr. Director at Livent. Before joining Livent, Ignacio served as VP of Legal and Public Affairs at Wintershall Dea (BASF group) and held senior positions on M&A and New Business matters. Prior to that, he was a senior lawyer in leading Argentine Law Firms, advising multinational companies in oil and gas, energy, natural resources and infrastructure projects and regulation in Latin America, Europe and the US. Ignacio brings nearly 20 years of international and Argentina business experience.

Karen Vizental is our Chief Sustainability and Global Communications Officer. Previously, Karen was the Chief Sustainability and External Affairs Officer at Allkem Limited. She has also held senior leadership positions at Unilever and GlaxoSmithkline in Latin America. Karen also launched a successful company, Grupa PR, which provided institutional affairs and communications services to several international companies.

Liam Franklyn is our Head of Australian Operations. Previously, Liam held the same role for Allkem Limited. A qualified engineer with over 20 years’ operational experience, he has held senior roles spanning engineering, production and maintenance with BHP and Newcrest across Nickel, Iron Ore, Gold and Copper, with exposure throughout the value chain from mining to refining.

Neil is an accomplished business executive with significant engineering, construction and consulting experience leading large-scale, complex capital projects for Fortune 500 companies. Over the past four years, he ran his own consulting business and prior to that, Neil worked at Worley for 15 years in various positions of leadership, most recently as President of its Services Energy & Chemicals business line for the US Gulf Coast, US East & Power, Latin America and Saudi Arabia. Before joining Worley in 2005, Neil spent 19 years in the United Kingdom working for Consafe Engineering, where he held various positions of increasing responsibility, including Group Managing Director.

Sarah Maryssael is our Chief Strategy Officer and General Manager of Canada. Previously she was Chief Strategy Officer at Livent, responsible for leading enterprise efforts to grow and scale the business globally. Before joining Livent, Sarah led strategic sourcing of lithium and other battery metals for Tesla’s global battery supply chain across its Nevada, Shanghai, Berlin and Texas gigafactories. Prior to Tesla, Sarah occupied various roles at Boston Consulting Group, Vale and ExxonMobil.

Walter Czarnecki is our Chief Commercial Officer. He was previously Livent’s Chief Commercial Officer. Before joining Livent, Walter served as President and CEO of OmniMetrix, a publicly-listed leader in IoT industrial monitoring solutions. He has over 20 years of business development and strategy experience, including at Acorn Energy, Ener1, Inc., China Renaissance Partners in Beijing. He began his career at Lehman Brothers Investment Banking.
