Sara Ponessa is our General Counsel. Previously, Sara was General Counsel and Secretary at Livent. Before joining Livent, she was the Senior Business Counsel for the FMC Lithium and served as business counsel to FMC’s former Alkali Chemicals and Peroxygens divisions. Prior to FMC, Sara worked as senior counsel for AstraZeneca, Vice President and Risk Management and Compliance Section Manager for Wilmington Trust Company.
